We offer a safe space for you to come and socialise or just enjoy a change of scenary. Some members just come for a cup of tea and a chat, others get involved in some of the activities we run from time to time.

We have a well equiped workshop, which allows members to work individually or on our group projects for the community. This might be making something from a coaster to a garden bench or undertaking small repairs on items that local people drop into us.

If you have a skill that you could share with other members, either as a one-off formal lesson, or as by attending the regular sessions, please let us know.

We have a small IT suite and will seek to help members who need assistance completing online forms or using an email account. We are looking for IT savvy members who can spend time with others understanding what they want to learn and demonstrate these skills; for example, how to reply to an email, check an electricity bill, set up and use WhatsApp, or join Facebook.

​

We also have an informal lounge area and a kitchen so members can just come along and chill out, watch TV, make some toast or just sit and read.
